We live in the countryside and we have recently noticed that the landscape and other factors such as rainfall and temperature have changed with respect to a few years ago. In particular this year’s olive harvest has been poorer than in the past and our Masterchef sent an alert about the PM10 . We want to investigate the influence of rainfall, temperature and air pollution, soil humidity and water retention.
